Northfield Township owns, operates and maintains a sanitary sewer system that services 1,900 properties in Northfield Township.

Owners of buildings connected to the Northfield Township Sanitary Sewer System are billed annually.

If you move or sell your property after paying your annual bill, Northfield Township will not refund any portion of the fee.  The fee will need to be prorated at closing with the new owners.  The bill remains with the property.
